Gerry Cooney is a Boxing Legend and our amazing Boxing Instructor at Brawl House. BrawlHouse Boxing is designed and led by one of the all-time great professional heavy weights, Gerry Cooney. Boxing classes are designed for all skill levels, from novice boxers and amateur fighters looking for an intense workout to professionals looking to hone their skills. Training is focused on classic boxing training techniques including jump ropes, bag work (heavy bags, speed bags), focus pads, reaction and reflex drills, hand speed, footwork, and sparring.
