Since 1976, fairs, festivals, city and town parks, and organizations across New England have relied on Cuzin Richard to help put on a spectacular celebration - again and again. Under the umbrella of Harbor Arts, a non-profit organization that Cuzin Richard Smith chairs, we founded and continue to produce Harbor Arts Jazz Night. For the last several years, we've provided comprehensive event management for the Portsmouth Blues Festival, one of the most respected festivals of its kind in the Northeast. We've also been a member of the Maine Association of Agricultural Fairs since 1980 and of New England Parks and Recreation since 1985.
