Paper is always late. Call to complain, one of their contractors calls and says it will be fixed. Didn't happen. Called today when paper was over hour late. Asked to speak to circulation manager and was told they would call, again didn't happen. I will be calling tomorrow. I've started keeping track of the late deliveries and stopped paying for the ones that are late. We have a contract, paper will be delivered by 6:00 a.m. Mon.-Fri. and 7:00 a.m. Sat. and Sun. They violate our contract every day that the paper is late.

I called today 11/12/17 did not get Sunday paper, it has been almost 2 hours since I called and still no paper. This is getting to be quite common on Sundays. I think we have a different person on Sundays and if you call carrier it does no good. If this continues I may stop paper all together. When i use to call Waco for Sunday paper they would bring one but this new system is not working. Thank you, Carol Bailey 1205 Camden Court Woodway, Tx.

I am very frustrated. I have been a loyal subscriber of over 20 years. Recently, I have only been receiving Kroger and Nebraska furniture ads on wednesdays. I have always used Wednesday ads to plan my purchases for the week. I have been sent in circles. Customer service tells my carrier I need the ads. Carrier calls me to tell me that celina only receives Kroger ads. I call Dallas morning news. They tell me my carrier will deliver the ads. I don't get the ads in the mail as my neighbors, because I pay lots of money for a Dallas morning news subscription and my neighbors save their mom neu and get free mailers. If my husband didn't want the dmn, it would be a no brained and I'd drop the pricey subscription. I am considering dropping it for ft worth star telegram, so that red plum will send my ads. The last customer service representative did not seem to understand my frustration and my temper escalated to point it hasn't gone in awhile. Please apologize to her again for me. The way I see it now, the Dallas morning news needs to fix this by tomorrow or lose a 20+ year customer simply so I can get my Wednesday grocery ads.

Piss poor delivery service in McKinney

Ridiculous service! I had to cancel my daily delivery after 27 years due to wet newspapers, newspapers in neighbor's yard getting wet from their sprinkler, no delivery, etc. I contacted customer service 5 times recently. When I canceled, I got no apology, no credit for undelivered papers, and no call back as promised. This paper will go completely out of business and they deserve it!
